System Production Designer

Meet short and long-range design system objectives set by team manager

Works with team manager, technical writer, and related stakeholders to assess components and refine patterns for the digital design system

Work to improve & test components in the design system.

HR Reporting Analyst (HRIS Analyst)

Use existing HR systems to develop and deliver ad hoc, recurring, and on-demand / self-service reports.

Address reporting needs for all of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Payroll and Benefits, and Regulatory / Compliance.

Perform peer review team mate development work and perform recurring quality control data validation as needed
